Alpine Biergarten & Ski Village Opening Weekend: November 25, 26, 27
BCB is once again set to transform its picturesque grounds bordered by pine forests into a winter biergarten retreat – an authentic German concept that owner Mike Marr proudly imitates in his authentic German brasserie. This year, BCB is mixing in a new ski village element with the addition of nine mini ski chalets built around roaring fire pits. The cozy lodges will be outfitted with benches and tables, sheepskin rugs, twinkling lighting and holiday/winter decor to set the mood. Eight of the lodges will accommodate up to 10 people while one mega lodge will be available for larger groups – all on a first come, first served basis, with no charge. Launched on Black Friday, November 25, and operating throughout the winter season, the Alpine Biergarten & Ski Village also offers winter-themed outdoor games, live music and food trucks some weekends, al fresco bar and table service, a patio, and a barrel heater. lamps, Christmas trees, winter clothing like snow hats, flannels and fleeces and over two acres of winter wonderland to explore. Inside the dining area, BCB also leans on the theme with its Alpine Lodge concept – a cozy German winter lodge atmosphere for those who prefer to stay indoors. Opening weekend will feature live music from St. Joe Jack (11/25) and Wiat What (11/26), stocked food trucks from Brother’s BBQ (11/25) and Hawaiian Food Truck (11/26), and the release of the new Holiday Hell beer (see news below).
