11/5 – 1/2 Every day at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m., 8 p.m. (some variations): Christmas show with the Radio City Rockettes. The Rockettes have been a tradition during the New York City holiday season for over 75 years. Don’t miss Santa Claus.

11/6 – 7: The make-up salon at the metropolitan pavilion. 7/11: The New York Marathon is 26 miles and 385 meters from the world’s most diverse marathon course.

11/8 – 14: New York Comedy Festival Popular comedians such as Tracy Morgan, Trevor Noah and Stephen Colbert have either performed in the past or will be attending the upcoming festival. For more information on this event, please visit their website here.

11/11 Veterans Day Parade to honor our veterans, educate those who serve them, and salute our current serving members. This year’s parade marks a number of anniversaries: the 75th at the end of WWII, the 70th at the start of the Korean War, and the 30th at the end of the invasion of Panama and the start of Desert Shield. The United States Navy is this year’s flagship military wing. As always, the Army, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard will also be represented!

18/11 – 24/12: Opening of the Union Square Holiday Market, the Grand Central Holiday Market and The underground market called “Turnstyle” which includes 39 restaurants and several popups located in Columbus Circle Underground.

24/11 – 22/2 5 pm-10pm: NYBG LIGHT An outdoor light experience. 1.5 mile colorful experience. Thousands of dazzling LEDs. NYBG

25/11 9h-12h: Macy’s 95 Thanksgiving Day Parade Broadway Stars, Shrek, Spider Man, Hello Kitty, Smurf, SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, Snoopy, Mickey Mouse and Buzz Lightyear all together in New York City.

29/11 – 24/12: Opening of Columbus Circle Holiday Market.

11/30 – 1/23: New York Botanical Garden Vacation Train Show. A replica of Manhattan, made entirely of plants, leaves, seeds and bark. There are at least 14 electric trains circling around the city, which showcases more than 175 iconic buildings and structures to scale such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Yankee Stadium, and the Statue of Liberty. The exhibition is ideal for children and adults alike, and makes for a particularly beautiful rendezvous night with cocktails during “Bar Car Nights” in December.
