I’m not saying you should lather yourself in lychee juice or massage cocoa powder into your scalp, as good as those things may be for you. But I do tolerate bringing in a skin care product mixed with or infused with an ingredient that is often stored for culinary purposes only. You’ll reap the benefits of nutrient-dense and antioxidant-rich foods without having to strain them (if you’re against healthy foods).
