Tahina

Organic Stevia

Vanilla flavoring

Sun-flower seeds

Chia seeds

pumpkin seeds

coconut flakes

cocoa beans

Soaked flax seeds

Almond butter

Here is Pooja Makhija’s suggested method for making granola bars:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2: Put parchment paper on a tray.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Step 4: Flatten the mixture evenly on the pan.

Step 5: Spread the almond butter on it.

Step 6: Freeze it for 1-2 hours.

Step 7: After freezing, add some dark chocolate spread over it.

Step 8: Freeze it overnight.

Step 9: Cut it into cubes and enjoy the granola bars.
